Graphikate / Mall campaigns
Mall campaign design in Singapore
Graphikate is a creative studio in Singapore that designs campaigns for shopping malls. Since 2004 we have made key visuals, hoardings, in-mall signage, digital screen content, eDMs and social posts for malls owned by CapitaLand, Mapletree, Allgreen, Frasers Property, Suntec City and UOL.
What we make for a mall
- The campaign key visual, including 3D-rendered hero images when the concept calls for them.
- Hoarding and other large-format artwork, prepared to the printer's specs and the installation sizes.
- In-mall posters, directory and signage graphics.
- Digital screen content and web banners.
- eDMs and HTML email templates.
- Rewards and membership launches, such as VivoRewards at VivoCity and the membership programme at Funan.
- Static and animated social posts.
- Short-run campaign apps: digital stamp cards, spend-and-redeem trackers, lucky draws and RSVP pages.

Selected mall work
Westgate, CapitaLand
Evergreen brand campaigns and seasonal key visuals since 2018, built on the platform "Bringing You Into The City's Best". The work includes 3D-rendered hero images, in-mall branding, digital assets and print.
Allgreen Malls
Festive campaigns for Great World, Tanglin Mall, Pasir Ris Mall and The Seletar Mall. One Chinese New Year key visual was adapted to four malls and dozens of formats. Great World has been a client since 2015.
VivoCity, Mapletree
Campaign work since 2018, including the VivoRewards relaunch: hero key visuals, launch artwork and a library of eDM templates.
Funan, CapitaLand
The creative identity for the reimagined mall, 2019 to 2020. A colour-blocked visual system ran across outdoor signage, digital screens, the membership programme and Black Friday.
Pasir Ris Mall
Logo, brand guidelines and launch collaterals for a new community mall, with three lifestyle pillars: Style, Gourmet and Enjoyreal.
Malls we have worked with
VivoCity, IMM, Westgate, Funan, Great World, Tanglin Mall, Pasir Ris Mall, The Seletar Mall, Century Square, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Northpoint City, Suntec City, Jurong Point and The Star Vista, among others.
How a mall job runs
- Brief: you send the brief, the campaign dates and the list of placements.
- Routes: we present several concepts and agree one with you.
- Production: we build the key visual and every adaptation to print and screen specs.
- Rollout: we brief the production vendors and check installation against the approved artwork.

Questions
What do you need to start a mall campaign?
The brief, the campaign dates, a list of placements with sizes, and any brand or landlord guidelines. If the placement list is not ready, we can start on the key visual and add formats later.
Can Graphikate take a mall campaign from concept to hoarding artwork?
Yes. We design the key visual, adapt it to every format, and prepare production-ready artwork for hoardings, signage, screens and social. One team handles the full set.
Does Graphikate handle production and installation, or only design?
Both. We design and prepare production-ready artwork, manage the production partners and oversee installation, so one team is accountable from concept to what goes up on site.
Which Singapore malls has Graphikate worked with?
VivoCity, IMM, Westgate, Funan, Great World, Tanglin Mall, Pasir Ris Mall, The Seletar Mall, Century Square, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Northpoint City, Suntec City, Jurong Point and The Star Vista, among others.
